Sexy Sweat - Is a cardio-dance based interval training class perfect for any fitness level. We mix easy to follow dance-inspired moves with total body sculpting and flexibility set to hot, sexy, heart pumping music for a total body workout that will keep you motivated and keep your little motor running all day long (hello metabolism!) Caution: this class has been known to cause spontaneous choreography in your underwear, possibly the grocery store and some pretty steamy moves in the bedroom.

This class is for all fitness levels and you’ll need some light weights from 1-5lbs, ankle weights, and a mat, possibly a ball and a shot of tequila.
