Femme: We will put you through the moves and drills to keep your feminine physique in tact (sculpting and toning the areas we are most concerned about : arms, core & tush).
Combined with:
Fatale: We will give you the strength and stamina & moves should you ever need to give someone a beat-down in a dark alley . . . hey, you never know.
This class is for all fitness levels and you will need a variety of hand weights from 1-8lbs, and a long medium resistance band.
