We wanted to call it tighten that s**t up but . . . . don’t let that name fool you, it’s an intense focused, no breaks, no hold “barred”, super creative class. Nothing short of genius moves that will make you discover muscles you never had.

This class is for all fitness levels and you will need a variety of hand weights from 1-5lbs, ankle weights, a long medium strength resistance band and gliding discs.
